Oh Allah. It's true, isn't? The Temple of Jerusalem faces the direction of Mecca! ماشاء الله
So, did Prophet Solomon ﷺ built the Jerusalem Temple facing Mecca? والله أعلم
Jerusalem (ירושלים) itself means "yareh" (ירה يرى : see, direct to) + "shalom" (שלום سلام: peace)
And the Har HaMoriyah (הר המוריה) is Mount Moriah, similar to Mount Meru | Himalaya
Mecca also has Mount Marwa (المروة), does it face the direction of Jerusalem? ماشاء الله
And this is the essence of Prophet Israel ﷺ [QA] ماشاء الله
שמע ישראל ה' אלהינו ה' אחד Hear Israel, our God Allah is the One God
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ووصى بها إبراهيم بنيه ويعقوب
يا بني إن الله اصطفى لكم الدين فلا تموتن إلا وأنتم مسلمون
And Abraham instructed his sons and (so did) Jacob, "O my sons, indeed
Allah has chosen for you this religion, so do not die except while you are Muslims."

"Swear that you will do it," Jacob insisted. So Joseph gave his oath

I think Israelis should bow down to the earth like Prophet Israel & Prophet David.
The prostrations are how believers are described in the Torah.
Abu Huraira reported:
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication (in this state). [Sahih Muslim, Book 4, Hadith 979]
Regarding the sujood (prostration)... Imagine. When the blood flows to the frontal lobes, perhaps it energizes the brain. Then as light enters our eyes, ears (or perhaps in some other ways) - an energized brain is able to perceive this light, illuminating the brain, which then sends light to your heart, rendering the heart illuminated & peaceful. 🤍 ماشاء الله
As the illuminated heart sends blood throughout the body, the body illuminates in peace & happiness. I believe this is enlightenment (mitzvah). الحمد لله والله أعلم
When the light in the head conquers the heart 🤍 ماشاء الله
