[1] Eat
So let's start with eat. We eat food. After we munch it down, it is digested by enzymes in the stomach. Then some of it gets absorbed into the blood stream — & we get nutrients (e.g. glucose) running in our blood stream, and delivered to cells.
[2] Breathe
When we breathe, oxygen (O2) is absorbed into the blood stream, and delivered to cells as well. Here it reacts with these nutrients, producing energy, carbon dioxide (CO2) & water. So walla! The body now has energy, while the CO2 is breathe out. الحمد لله
[3] Activities
With energy, we do our activities, even our own body is doing activities to run itself. The more active we are, the more movements we make — which means more heat radiates out. This is why the body heats up when you run, or when the body is fighting a virus.

After the activities, our energy decreased & we get tired. ● when a part of your body is more active, it builds more there
● — that's why you need to be active to be strong

BTW regenerative medicine may explain the body renewal. I read when you're young, you have a high protein turnover, so your body builds more new cells & you are youthful. But as you grow older, this turnover slows down & you see more old, damaged cells. [ref]

THEORY: When breathing produces energy, can the state of energy be peaceful or volatile (i.e. soul)?
FYI matter is made up of molecules which move & vibrate. These vibrations produce heat energy - the faster it vibrates, the hotter the energy. So [1] when breathing produces energy, CO2 & water - is the vibrations of the molecules the state of energy (peaceful or volatile)? [2] when the lungs is filled with air (water vapor), is there condensation happening - the vapor condenses into water droplets? Bcoz if it does, then we can we literally say there is sakinah (سكينة peace, rest). (◠oo◠) والله أعلم
Oh. Condensation is "condense". The water vapor becomes more dense & clumps together into tiny droplets - like mist. So it can be like cloud (cold & rain as water) or steam (hot & disappear as air)? [photo] والله أعلم
