Breath Of Life

Posted By Snow at 4/26/2013
How we breathe:
  1. Oxygen is breathe into the lungs.
  2. In the lungs, blood receives oxygen. Then the heart pumps this oxygen rich blood to the whole the body. Without oxygen the body will die bcoz oxygen is needed to produce energy, water & carbon dioxide.
  3. Then the heart pumps the carbon dioxide, from the body into the lungs.
  4. Carbon dioxide is breathe out.

The heart is a pump, powered by the nervous system. The nervous system is electrical & it also maintains the whole body. [ref]

This video explains the circulatory system | another video

This part is a theory meant to be verified

Actually, I am thinking of the body chakra. The anahata (heart chakra). It looks like snow crystals [ref, photo snow] — snow is essentially water & we breathe air which has water vapors. خلق من الماء بشرا [Q25:54]

So, is the chakra related to water vapors in our breath?

As said above, our body is run by electrics - that's how doctors try reviving hearts. [video] & our senses are felt by electrical impulses [video] - there are real medical benefits from managing these impulses, e.g: pain relief, mind control for the paralyzed. [ref] Maybe the energy runs in the blood, perhaps from the nutrients that we eat. So then, the water in our breath, does it relate to that energy when it goes to the hearts & lungs, in some ways like a coolant? والله أعلم

I wish someone can tell. For now, I imagine if the breath is good, the energy runs in the blood like a lovely gentle breeze - so the body is peaceful & the water softens the heart. يشرح صدورهم للإسلام [Q6:125] But if not, it runs volatile, so the body is anxious & the heat hardens the heart. فهي كالحجارة [Q2:74]

I wonder if this state of energy is the soul...

I truly believe, when the soul is peaceful, it is the most beautiful feeling. ماشاء الله

I seek refuge in Allah SWT from errors
Only Allah SWT Knows Best والله أعلم

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

"So whoever Allah wants to guide, He expands his breast to Islam (peace)..."
[Partial Quran 6:125]

"Indeed, mankind was created anxious. When evil touches him, impatient. And when good touches him, withholding (niggardly). Except those who pray. Those who are constant in their prayer." [Quran 70:19-23]

After praying & reading the Holy Quran, there's a feeling of cool breeze in the airway to the heart, and the heart is enveloped by the peaceful cool breeze - it's so beautiful as if the heart is showered by water. الحمد لله Pondering, is it the moisture which optimizes the absorption of oxygen in the lungs, and enhances the wellness of the blood circulation? Condensation changes water vapor (gas) into tiny droplets. So, when breathing in, can the vapor become tiny droplets in the lungs — like mist (cool air) or steam (hot air)? [photo]

In the winter, these tiny droplets are visible when breathing out. [photo]

The heart is full of blood, so is that the center of our body's energy? So, if what I imagine is right... if the energy is "volatile" does that volatility brings heat & burn the heart, so it builds dark spots? If so, can it burn so much the heart loses the ability to "feel"? والله أعلم

Take care of the heart. The organ that should be most beautiful is the heart. ♥

Welcome
Peace be upon you
