So this is how we see ... but what about the visions in our sleep? #dreams
FYI the eye is "عين ain", which is also the word for "spring" #mataair ☆ kolam
So I wonder does the light goes to the visual cortex and "colored" it #كلمح_البصر
Like is our memory stored similar to the camera memory card?
Still, I can't figure - is memory engraved in the brain, or is it light signals that can fade away. But if memory is stored in the brain can we extract it like a video? And if our soul has memory at death, does this mean it has vision - so can we see whats happening as we journey out of the body?
So, how does the energy leave at death? Well, I don't really know ... but somehow I was thinking. Light moves, air moves, things (like clay) don't move - so is that why we breathe - it takes in air so that the body moves i.e. alive?
So, at death there's no breathing anymore and the body stop moving - no blood circulation, no renewal, no immune system - it's just there not moving anymore. So as the body is exposed to the environment it deteriorates, eventually crumbling and returning to the Earth. Perhaps if something shields the body, this deterioration is minimized. Or if something continue to energize the body to breathe and nourish, perhaps it continues to run. But it is not from the same energy source it was before. As the past energy source has separated from the body (برزخ barzakh : separation).
So, is the past energy cored in the brain, which energized the breathing? And that past energy source is more than just electrics bcoz it contains memory? And at death it separated (نزع nazak : extract), exiting like how light enters the eyes? Which means if it is small high energy the exiting is smooth, but if it is big low energy it is troubling.

إذا بلغت الحلقوم when the soul reaches the throat [Q56:83]
إذا بلغت التراقي when the soul reaches the collar bones [Q75:26]
فذلك حين يتبع بصره نفسه it is when his eyesight follows his soul [SM4.2005]
So to surrender in peace in this moment is muslim.
Then, the body returns to Earth, while the energy is in a separated realm (برزخ barzakh). And this realm is either at the gates of the Earth, or the gates of Heaven.* Here the energy will be shown its place until the Day Of Resurrection.
يأتون به باب السماء ... يأتون به باب الأرض
to the gates of Heaven ... to the gates of the Earth [AN3.21.1834]
عرض عليه مقعده ... تبعث إليه يوم القيامة
shown his place ... raised to on the Day of Resurrection [SM40.6858]
Finally on the Day Of Resurrection, the body will be resurrected. And your soul will reunite with your body. And you will receive your Book Of Deeds, which shows every single memories of you life. ☆
يصدر الناس اشتاتا ليروا اعمالهم
mankind will proceed in groups to be shown their deeds [Q99:6]
كتابنا ينطق عليكم بالحق إنا كنا نستنسخ
Our record speaks truth about you, indeed We transcribed [Q45:29]
لا يغادر صغيرة ولا كبيرة إلا أحصاها
leaves nothing small or great except it has enumerated it [Q18:49]
* the gates of Heaven seems like the Isra Mi'raj (الرؤيا the vision) | Ashura
... عرج إلى السماء ... ففتح لنا فإذا أنا بآدم ... عيسى ... يحيى ... يوسف ... إدريس ... هارون ... موسى ...إبراهيم
ثم ذهب بي إلى سدرة المنتهى ... فلما غشيها من أمر الله ما غشي تغيّرت فما أحد من خلق الله يستطيع أن ينعتها من حسنها
ascended to Heaven ... and (the gate) was opened for us, and I am with Adam ... Isa ... Yahya ... Yusuf ... Idris ... Aaron ... Moses ... Abraham ... Then I was taken to Sidratul Muntaha ... when it was covered by the Command of Allah, it underwent such a change that none amongst the creation has the power to praise its beauty [SM1.318]

فما رأيت رسول الله ﷺ بعد صلى صلاة إلا تعوذ بالله من عذاب القبر
after that I never saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) but seeking refuge with Allah from the punishment in the grave in every prayer he prayed [SB2.23.454]
I seek refuge in Allah SWT from errors
