The many faces of malay women
I've always thought about looking raceless. Personally, I even think the malays are interesting bcoz, we look from Siti Sarah to Sasha Saidin to Nori Abdullah! Yeah it's normal here to see a Pakistani woman, and realized she's actually malay. Well, her dad is! & guess what. I met a Malaysian Reem al-Hashemi. She's tall, radiant & stunning!
I really appreciate the malay's diversity.
Personally, may I say there is beauty in the diversity! واختلاف ألسنتكم وألوانكم [Q30:22] All the races & skin colors together. Get to know each other. وجعلناكم شعوبا وقبائل لتعارفوا [Q49:13] & maybe, marry a special one who looks different... Yeah, maybe we could be stunning to those who finds us different than what he/she is used to see.. ha ha. الحمد لله BTW, when a white marries an african, their children can look a bit malay. Like Barrack Obama. He looks quite native. [Ilham Anas] (◠v◠)

Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir
Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said, "You see the believers as regards their being merciful among themselves and showing love among themselves and being kind, resembling one body, so that, if any part of the body is not well then the whole body shares the sleeplessness (insomnia) and fever with it." [Sahih Bukhari 8.73.40]

I wonder if, Adam & Eve are like an embryonic stem cells. They gave birth & the next generations differentiate, giving rise to the various races (like stem cells giving rise to body cells, tissues, organs). So. Is that how we resemble one body? ♥ والله أعلم
Sometimes I wonder, if malays are a mix of indian & chinese. Many have more delicate features like the chinese (smaller eyes, lower nose), but their color is more indian. والله أعلم
