Muqarnas

Riad
with an interior pool and airflow coming from the dome, will this make a natural air conditioning?
Muqarnas (مقرنص) is an architectural decor on domes, niches, arches etc; reminiscent of stalactites or honeycombs. [Q16:68-69] It is seen in ancient Islamic architecture for centuries. Here, it looks like it's complemented with windows to illuminate it with natural light.

I'm not into the luxury, only the architecture.

Fortune 1001

I will wait for you, blueberry cheese (◠ 9 ◠)

I dunno if I'm coherent. But to illustrate, is being less fortunate like fasting? Like how you fast all day, with no meals and restraining the desires. [Q2:183] & say, while walking in the summer's heat after laborious work ... a beautiful child in her dad's Ferrari Enzo happily eating her ice cream sundae pities you, & she offers you her ice cream. coz you know, you look so unfortunate. (T p T)

But, you know the delicious joys of iftar (breaking of fast) is in a few hours ... & you hope for it, when the sun sets.

So. Like fasting, the "less fortunate" may not have the fancy stuffs now. But they have something else - spirit, will, courage. & they can strive for the hereafter. So when their body sets & it is inevitable - they'll have their rewards.

Then mankind will attain fairness. For all of us - the poor, rich, beautiful, ugly, healthy, sick, disabled etc ... Everyone will be rewarded for what they strives for. Everyone will have a chance to receive the great fortune.

And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient. Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return." Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the (rightly)guided. [Holy Quran 2:155-157]
................................................... ...................................................

If one day fortune slips you by, I will not deem you less.
& if one day fortune slips me by, your kindness is for your own rewards. Merci.

Longing for purity and beauty
My birth was on a Friday, 2 days after the Prophet's birthday
& that night the full moon shone... I feel happy thinking of it
A pure me was born ... on a blessed day

Longing for acceptance, a Mary in a modern world
An Islam since the beginning of time. Mary then is still Mary now.

The best of the world's women is Mary (at her lifetime),
and the best of the world's women is Khadija (at her lifetime)

- Prophet Muhammad

Sahih Bukhari, Vol 5 Book 58 Hadith162
