Then there are the manisan, kuih (desserts, snacks). There are also complete meals which I call it hidangan, and air (drinks).

Some of our traditional meal are sweet, but there's a way to make it less sweet and more nutritious. Just as every food, no one should eat biryani, broccoli or tofu every single meal every day. The need is to get the right balance in life.
