A ruler who is a servant
A ruler who is a servant. [Q19:93] He is someone who knows the highness of the skies, and the plains of earth. Someone who understands the gravity of his decrees (עלה דין), as it brings ease or pain to the people.
At night, he strolls the uptowns & downtowns, checking on the welfare of his citizens. [Umar | الدين] When he sees a child ignoring him in the cold, he knows she is not insulting him. She is just too ill. "Sweetie come have my coat & eat this brioche", is the first of his offers. [QA]
Yes when he rises, he makes his people rise as well, Allah SWT Wills. [SB4.52.145] As high as the glory of Aliya, still as humble as Ali, the father of dust.
Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due, and when you judge between people to judge with justice. Excellent is that which Allah instructs you. Indeed, Allah is ever Hearing and Seeing. | Holy Quran 4:58

ماشاء الله the name Alauddin crossed my mind... & I found Sultan Alauddin Riayat Shah He was the 7th Sultan of Malacca in 1477. He was only 15 when he became Sultan, & he was only 30 when he died. A young Sultan.
Malacca at that time was an international entrepot of the east & the west. And Malacca was prosperous during his time. He was a good, fair & religious ruler. He would disguise himself as a commoner and patrol the city at night. [wiki, grave]
His father Sultan Mansur Shah (منصور شاە) loves knowledge & appreciated scholars. He worked to spread Islam to nearby states. Malacca was its peak during their time.
............................
So. Did I met the real life Aladdin? I imagine if Malacca is the Utter East, then Portugal is the Utter West. & they did bring the western A Famosa (1511) to the east. [spices]
Only Allah SWT Knows Best
Sumatra, or Andalas, was the Farthest East in the Muslim world so its position was in some way similar to Andalus which was the Farthest West.
