The Atom
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance.
[Quran 55:7]

And We (shall) place the scales of justice on the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly... [Partial Quran 21:47]

This is an atom. It has [1] a nucleus, and [2] electrons around the nucleus. The nucleus is made up of neutrons & protons. Further, there are sub atomic particles like quarks... [subatoms | Q10:61] Anyway, the proton has a positive charge (+), while the electron has a negative charge (-). As the number of protons = the number of electrons, the positive nucleus balances the negative electrons. [Q55:7]

Nucleur Fusion

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

And what will make you to know what At-Tariq is? (It is) the star of piercing brightness.
[Quran 86:2-3]

Tarq طرق means "knock, pound". Is At-Tariq الطارق "the pounding"?
The first atom was created when the universe began. It is the simplest,  1  hydrogen. Hydrogen is numbered 1, which means it has 1 proton & 1 electron. Then gravity pulls the hydrogen atoms together into clumps. As more time passed, the clumps grew in size & pressure. Then, the atoms start to smash together & their nucleus fused — this is called nuclear fusion.

Nuclear fusion created the second & third atoms —   2  helium &   3  lithium. It also turned mass into light, so let there be light, the clumps turned into bright flaming stars! ماشاء الله Inside the stars, the nuclear fusion continues, smashing & fusing, forming more & more atoms (elements).

Periodic Table Elements

After the stars cooked up the elements in the periodic table, we have all kinds of atoms.
For starters, these are atoms with the atomic number 1 - 18, with the protons numbered.

Bonding

As you can see, atoms have shells around their nucleus. Atoms seek to have full shells, as it makes them stable (less reactive to other atoms).

For atoms with the atomic number 1-18, full shells means the 2-8-8 rule:
· shell 1 has 2 electrons
· shell 2 has 8 electrons
· shell 3 has 8 electrons

Atoms can give or share its electrons with other atoms, to make full shells.
Example 1: Give

The  9  fluorine atom can't make a full second shell bcoz it's missing an electron.  11  Sodium has an extra electron.

When sodium gives this electron to flourine, it becomes positively charged (more protons). When flourine receives this electron, it becomes negatively charged (more electrons). The opposite charges attracts & bond them. This is an ionic bond. [electromagnetic]

Example 2: Share

The   8  oxygen atom need 2 electrons to make a full second shell. When it meets another oxygen atom, both of them have the same electrons so no one wants to give. But they can share. Atom1 shares 2 electrons & Atom2 shares 2 electrons. This is a covalent bond.

OK. So I tried figuring how 2 hydrogen & 1 oxygen atoms bond to become water molecules. Is this right? So, when we have H2O, we have water. Then water & other elements make up our human body. [elementsQ25:54] ماشاء الله

Elaborate diagram is here

I also tried figuring how the same carbon atom can make two opposite stones - diamond & graphite. The elaborate diagram imagines the structure — if diamond really is stacked that way, I think that's why it is HARD. & all the electrons in the diamond are bonded, while there are free electrons in the graphite — so is that why diamonds do not conduct electricity, while graphite does?

Anyway. That's how atoms build the universe, by bonding & interacting with each other...

Fundamental Forces

Atoms interaction is governed by 4 fundamental forces:
1. electromagnetic
2. strong
3. weak
4. gravity

Well... when I was in school, I only passed chemistry once. (m-m) But I'm so curious. So for now this is more about trying to figure things out & make it easy... I hope I get this right. (◠v◠)' At least now I see that the universe is designed - there are measurements, balance & time in the atom.

Family Of Juda

Rest in peace, family of Juda and all the rest ♥ الله يرحمهم
A mother & her 4 children from the Juda family was killed when their house was shelled
The funeral ceremony was held on Sunday, August 24, 2014

89 families killed . 577 children killed . 3,300 children wounded [ref | pic]

Two of these Juda brothers seems white & the other one seems brown. ماشاء الله

So. Have you ever wondered who is the ancient Israelite?
1  They're Semite. Semite are descendants of Shem (سام), the son of Prophet Noah (PBUH). Their lands encompass the Middle East, which means Arabs are also Semite. I.e: Prophet Abraham (PBUH), the ancestor of both Israelite & Arabs, came from ancient Iraq - he was Middle Eastern, not European.
2  They had lived in Egypt, which is in Africa. Prophet Joseph (PBUH) married an Egyptian there, Prophet Moses (PBUH) married a Midian [Q28:27-28] & Prophet David's (PBUH) great grandmother Ruth was a Moabite. The Israelite have mixed married in the Middle East. ♥

So, how do the Israelite look like? Prophet Moses (PBUH) was:
...Moses was of brown complexion, straight hair and tall stature as if he was from the people of Az-Zutt (الزط)." [SB4.55.648]

The Roma flag also have the 16 petals chakra
Prophet Moses (PBUH) is brown, straight hair & tall as if he was from the people of Az-Zutt. So, who are these Az-Zutt? Britannica states, in Oman, they're the nomadic Roma (Gypsy) folk. Currently Europe's largest minority group - the Roma are thought to have come from Egypt (hence Gypsy), while research suggests they're from India. [Isabel, Requiro | map] They speak a language of Indo-Aryan. & the fascinating thing is, some brown Romas have blonde children. [pic] ماشاء الله

It seems strange, but it seems like the diversity of Central Asians.

So, is the Israelite as diverse as the Roma? Maybe when we look at the State of Israel, we see more white Jews who claim Israelite ancestry - they are Ashkenazi from Europe. But there are 10x more Israelite who are not Jews, e.g: the Bukharan Isro’il. There are also brown Jews like the Malayali (Cochin) Jews in Kerala, India - some of them converted to Christianity & became Nasrani. Nasrani is Nazareth - the supporters of Prophet Jesus (PBUH). I Love

Posted By Snow at 8/25/2014 0 comments

I love the flowy dresses, modesty is beautiful. [QA] This is Reem Al-Hashemi & she is UAE Minister of State. Anyway recently, an article in Malaysia wrote it is permissible to not wear the hijab. I personally do not think so, but it's their own will to believe or adhere. My qualm is, such writings may make the hijabis look extremist, closed minded & backwards - it could be like the Turkish hijabis thing I last encountered - the perception may make our life hard. (◠v◠)' So I'm happy to see hijabis who are cherished. It is lovely, it is not strange, even the Greek Orthodox grandma wears it... yay!

I love it bcoz, when I wrap myself in materials, I feel as if I wrap myself with mercy. It reminds me when Prophet (PBUH) wrapped Ali, Fatima, Hassan & Hussein under his cloak. [SM31.5955] ♥ الحمد لله

Oh if you ever read Arabian expats blogs, how can you miss the weddings. It's beautiful - only, I can't support luxury & will trim the super long dresses. I wish we can share this beauty with all society, isn't it nice. It is the time spent with family & friends, the sharing of happiness, the mercy among the people. ♥ الحمد لله

Yeah I really think these Arabs have exquisite taste! Even a row of cushions can be so beautiful, I wish this is my living room. ماشاء الله

Even the UAE Ministry of Interior has designers? Spacious, flowy & relaxing - I love this kind of design. Oh have you read that I love the men's clothes as well. I also love the Iranian style, with the cloaks. & if you notice, the background is a giant screen, so it can be used for other events as well - I think it's greener as they don't make a one time banner.

Our Lord, please grant us goodness in this world, and goodness in the hereafter

...............................................................................................................
Anyway, may I say this. Honestly, living in Malaysia, I wish the Islam is more "uplifting merciful happiness in the soul" Islam that I know of. When we have this beauty, hopefully we don't have to fend ourselves just for being malay, muslim, hijabi etc. Sometimes I'm so "penat" (tired) & sometimes I don't even understand the thought process (Eh? We this that, I never this that! Ha ha). So pls make my dream come true.

& congratulations Nasarudin Mohd Yusof, for winning the Nobel Peace Prize. الحمد لله [ref] You win it abroad, but in Malaysia there is no work? (◠v◠)' But I'm glad somebody sees good in you, I wish it for everyone who wishes to pursue their dream, even when the support is little. Tunjuk pandai ya, Hang Nadim. Suruhlah dia bina tamadun, moga dia dapat jaga kita bila kita tua nanti, Insha Allah. [Q21:78-79 | leadership]
